- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times by region
- United States: 3-7 business days with Express Shipping, 7-14 business days with Standard Shipping.
- Europe: 5-10 business days with Standard Shipping.
- Asia: 7-14 business days with Standard Shipping.
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days with Standard Shipping.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

- Include your order number, tracking number, and clear photos if the package or product arrived damaged.
- RAWNESS will review the issue with the carrier and, depending on the situation, may offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect address policy
- Please check your shipping address carefully before checkout.
- RAWNESS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
Holiday shipping
