Orders & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Customs, holidays and carrier delays may affect timing. See our Shipping Policy for shipping options and fees.
Can I change an order after checkout?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Request an eligible return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with original packaging and accessories. What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact service@rawness.us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging and shipping label. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.

Materials, Wear & Care
What materials does RAWNESS use?
Materials vary by design and may include 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, titanium steel, PVD finishes and moissanite. Each product page lists the materials and finish for that piece.
Are the stones in the Full Pavé Dumbbell Choker moissanite?
Yes. The Full Pavé Moissanite Dumbbell Choker is set with moissanite, with a 925 sterling silver base and white gold plating.
Can I wear jewelry while training?
Check the care guidance for your piece. Remove jewelry before heavy lifting, contact sports or movements where it could catch on equipment. Keep silver, plated and stone-set pieces away from swimming pools, showers and harsh chemicals.
