RAWNESS ships worldwide. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Processing & Tracking
Processing begins after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, we will email your tracking details.
Taxes & Duties
International customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility. Orders shipped within the European Union are inclusive of VAT.
Damaged, Delayed or Missing Parcels
If your item or parcel arrives damaged, contact service@rawness.us within 24 hours of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging and shipping label. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.
If tracking has stopped updating or your parcel appears lost, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will review the situation with the carrier and advise on the next step.
Delivery Address
Please check your address before checkout. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. Customers are responsible for reshipping fees when a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was provided.
